Cultural Care Au Pair connects young adults from 30+ countries seeking a year of adventure in America with host families looking for flexible, affordable childcare. Au pairs get roundtrip airfare, a weekly stipend, and college classes—families get up to 45 hours/week of live-in care.
At Cultural Care, I led research and design projects that helped improve the au pair experience throughout their journey—from initial inquiry through arrival and integration into their host family. Each project addressed different stages of the customer journey, using research insights to drive strategic improvements across 26 international markets.
